Volunteering...
We always appreciate everyone who volunteers. There are so many things to do to keep our animals clean, happy, and healthy. Every extra hand always benefits everyone, us and our animals.
There are many ways that we ask those who come to volunteer to help us with. From walking dogs, spending time with the cats, to laundry, organizing, cleaning and various other things that it takes to keep this facility running efficiently. We could not do it as well without all the help from our community.
Requirements...
The only requirements we have for someone to become a volunteer is to be 18 years of age and willing to help. All you have to do is come or call in to schedule volunteer orientation. And you can begin your journey with us to provide pets with a second chance!!
We do allow youth groups to come out and do Community projects at the shelter like the Boy Scouts, the Girl Scouts, 4H & FFA groups. Please contact us if you would like more information about group volunteer opportunities!!
